All returns must have a Childcraft Return Authorization Number. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

(This guarantee does not cover defects resulting from modifications, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear.) This guarantee is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. Childcraft maintains a staff of professional Early Childhood Education Sales Consultants throughout the United States. They are available to assist you with product information, classroom equipment, recommendations regarding materials, and any other information you may need to equip your school, day care center or classroom.
