iTunes has changed the digital music world. We're not surprised though because iTunes is an Apple product and whatever Apple and Steve Jobs has their hands in will be what everyone is doing 2 years down the road. Early off it seemed that iTunes would just be a great jukebox for your computer to upload and burn mp3 songs. Later, this excellent technology only got better when they began to use .m4a technology instead of mp3. The clarity in their compression algorithm was better and the file size is much more managable.

April 2003, while everyone in the music business, and the internet world for that matter, had their heads spinning about what to do about the millions of people illegally downloading copyrighted music, Apple calmly opened their legal downloading store in iTunes. Brilliant, once again, they redefined the music industry and to date they have the statistics to prove it. To date over 500 million songs have been downloaded! iTunes is the industry standard for music downloads, internet radio, podcasts, music jukebox and is setting the stage for so much more. What are you waiting for check out iTunes today.

Apple iTunes

Now are you all really that surprised that Apple has led the way once again to allow quality TV programming to be downloaded onto your iPod? Really? Apple is the best at being the best. iTunes is now also becomming your source for visual programming which will continue to shake up the digital world we live in and to offer us more convenience to see the programming we would have otherwise missed. Had enough of this review? OK it means you can catch last week's episode of Lost and Desperate Housewives got it?
