Returned merchandise must be purchsed from our store. They do not accept merchandise which has been purchased elsewhere.

If you find any product we sell anywhere else for less (websites only) we will refund you 115% of the difference between the lower price and the Perfume Mart price. For example: Our price for product A is $100.00 and you find it for $90.00. Perfume Mart will refund you $11.50, bringing your net price to $88.50.

Here's how it works:
1: Place Order ( Perfume Mart can not consider your request if they do not have an order number to associate with your request )
2: Reply to the Order Confirmation Email with Name and Website Site address along with the price of product, Shipping Costs and any additional service charges like Gift Wrap, GiftNotes ect...
3: Perfume Mart can only consider Price Guarantees for in-stock items at their regular everyday price. Collectable and Discontinued fragrances will not be considered.
4: You have up to 5 Days to submit a Price Guarantee Request. If your request comes in before we ship your order, your order will be updated accordingly. If the request comes in after we ship your order, Perfume Mart will issue credit in the same form as your original payment.
5: Price Guarantee Adjustments can not be combined with any other discounts, coupons or promotions.
